February is National Heart Month and next week, specifically is CHD Awareness Week. I'm so excited to share a neat project for spreading awareness and also helping network other heart families together - Faces of CHD Pinterest page. Heart families from across the country are posting pictures of their heart hereos with their courageous stories, pinning awareness all over Pinterest! Liam's story is up, and you can see it here. On this first day of the heart month, we are so thankful for all the advances made with research, awareness and advocacy. I want to especially thank all the heart moms who work tirelessly to promote and advocate. I have lots to share next week, so stay tuned! And Happy Heart Month!
